HCC Staff Have Voted to Ratify the 2024 Wage ReOpener Tentative Agreement!!!

With the final day of voting concluded, all ballots have been counted. All bargaining units (NonInstructional, Professional, Supervisory) have voted to ratify the wage agreement by an overwhelming majority!

NEXT STEPS:

The agreement now heads to the HCC Board of Trustees, who will meet to vote on the Wage Agreement at their meeting on June 26, 2024.

Pending approval by the board, the agreement will be implemented on July 1st. The 3% retro payments will be the responsibility of management to provide in a timely manner.
