Union Chapter
Our unit is located in the heart of FPSU’s active, Tampa Bay region. Pinellas County Head Start members are learning that COPE membership and political activism have everything to do with adequate funding for Head Start programs around the country. We’re moving forward with both membership and COPE growth.
